After our success at St. Charles Fashion Week, we are looking for funding so we can branch out and gain exposure in the KC market.
After a successful run at St. Charles Fashion Week this past fall, Hannah and Linzee (the girls at Yan by Hannah Cusack) are excited to start their next endeavor by showing at Kansas City Fashion Week beginning February 28, 2013. We had a fulfilling experience in St. Charles, however the event left our pocket-books less than fulfilled. We don't want our lack of funding to impede our vision and the quality of our work in our potential collection at Kansas City Fashion Week.
This is where we need your help.
We need the assistance of our friends, family, and anyone interested in investing in our high-quality, custom event-wear line. We have the drive and experience to back up the creative vision and expansion of our designs. Our looks have been seen on the runways of Columbia, Missouri and St. Charles, Missouri in the last year. We are looking for the next platform to give us our big break and gain recognition in the fashion industry.
Donations from our Kickstarter project will directly benefit the cost of materials for the line in Kansas City Fashion Week 2013. Our incentives for your donations range from personalized notes to a chance to experience the life of a designer. Please consider giving to our cause so that you can directly influence the growth of two college students and their drive for success in the fashion world.

Our risks and challenges include staying within the budget and time frame of completing the line in time for the show. We have performed careful planning and scoped the costs of fabrics and trims for our shows in the past, so we are confident that we can achieve the looks we desire with the budgeting we have performed for this specific show.
