hey everybody!
happy summer, kickstarters!
we wanted to check in and hear from everyone! we wanted to make sure everybody (save maybe one or two folks with whom we've already spoken about a delay here or there) has gotten their package, and that the package was what they had actually contributed for.
consider this email a bit of quality control. if there were some issues, we want to know! everyone was so patient, it took longer than we thought, cost more, etc etc., that there may well have been a couple things that fell through the cracks.
there are 2 issues we already know about and are fixing, and they are:
1. the songbooks. these took forever, but they are almost done. those who ordered them in their packages will be getting them in the next 2 weeks.
2. 'central chambers' on vinyl: some of you were supposed to get those too. we simply missed that one. they will be shipped soon.
3. autographs on the vinyl not quite where you suggested: we found that putting them on the black inner sleeve was the only way they were going to be legible, so we made an executive decision.
4. anything else that hasn't occurred to us yet.
if you are getting this and you have not received your package yet, get back to us ASAP -- we want to know and rectify it immediately. its possible yours is on the truck on its way to you, but we will cross-double-triple-check.
