      We need to reach the $250K *before* the hardcovers can be offered to cover the associated setup costs. After the 250, any bumps to our pledges are just to buy the upgrade; they don't go toward the development costs.
      I predict that it will reach 250 a couple of days before closing. Recent pledges have been approx 3.5K/day.

      If you let people donate more for hardcovers (say....$10 a book), you'll be able to raise $57,000, very easily making 250K. That way you don't have to make it with new backers, use the people already thrusting their cash at you!
