and we want you to be a part of ours...

Through networking and hard work, we've been given the opportunity to work with a writing/production team that has worked with some big names, like All Time Low, Hot Chelle Rae, Runner Runner, Selena Gomez, and more.

As a rock group with strong pop roots, we're excited to see what the pop influence of this writing/production team has to offer, having worked with such big Top 40 acts in the past.

We know it sounds a little weird at first (it took us about a week to let the initial offer sink in), but given the chance to hone our sound and really create our musical identity with professionals of this caliber, who are putting out relevant, chart-topping music, we couldn't be more excited.

SO, WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU SAVING UP FOR?

getting an offer is one thing, but making it happen is what counts...

The producers we'd be working with are interested in our music and potential, and are ready to write and produce an EP with us- awesome!

BUT, hopes and dreams don't pay for studio time and creative energy.

Writing and tracking 3 songs with these guys is going to run us $4,000, not including travel/living expenses while we're in Hollywood for the week.

On top of that, we're dedicated to making a truly special, memorable release for all of you. Because of this commitment to you guys, we decided it's time we compile ALL of our band footage all the way from 2007 til now, and create a one-of-a-kind full-length DVD to share with you. The DVD will include all three full episodes of Wayward House (with outtakes), and a special bonus feature, including everything from Wayward shows to interviews and random shenanigans backstage and on the road. With all of this, we're able to offer you a limited-run EP/DVD combo package, in addition to limited edition shirts and posters to go along with it.  Sounds awesome right? We're absolutely ecstatic to be able to offer this for you guys. However, because of what goes into CD/DVD replication and high quality, full-color packaging, we'll be looking at extra productions costs of at least $1,000, depending on the quantity needed to accommodate all the donors.

SO WHY IS IT MY JOB TO PAY FOR YOUR "CAREER?"

we've reached a point in the industry where big record labels aren't the only ones who can create value for fans...

You, as fans, can now take part in the industry directly.  And not just by buying records off store shelves or iTunes.  When you donate to projects like ours, you're invited behind the scenes, to take part in the entire process, receiving special rewards and insights that are exclusive to you.

Yes, we all have jobs.

Yes, we're in school.

And no, we're not mooching off of your hard earned money and good will.

That's a promise.

Last year, with your help, we raised over $3000 to completely fund the writing, recording, and distribution of our EP "With Love," which landed on Purevolume.com's charts as #1 two weeks in a row, and received a number of 9's and 10's from various music journalists and sites across the web, in addition to being named EP of the year by The Sound Alarm and Under the Gun Review.  You can read more press on it here.

Obviously, ultimate success is ALWAYS a goal in our minds, but with how wonky the industry is these days, all we can count on is you guys and ourselves to make this worthwhile. SO LET'S DO IT!

Because of this, our goal with this project is to make an release that has as much meaning for you as it does for us.  We're incredibly excited about this opportunity, and we hope you are too.  We'd love to have you along for the ride.
