About this project
VLADIMIR PUTIN ACTION COMICS started in late October of 2010 and from its humble begins on Tumblr has gained an international cult following. There has been a growing interest among its fan base to see this webcomic make the transition into print and that’s where you come in dear reader. We need your help but more to the point we need your money. And just like in Putin’s Russia nothing gets done until somebody gets paid, only in this instance it’s the printers.
Our project goal is $1,000 and with that money we will be able to fund the first edition print run of the VLADIMIR PUTIN ACTION COMICS book.

Sam Derse, the creator of VLADIMIR PUTIN ACTION COMICS, struggled most of his adult life with a shameful secret, he could not read or write. He sat in the back of the class, hoping not to be called on. He opened doors clearly marked “Do Not Enter.” He signed his name with a X. But through the powerful teachings of the Church of Scientology Sam Derse overcame his courageous struggle with adult illiteracy and is now a third degree black belt in Scientology or whatever you call someone who’s really high up in that retarded cult.
