music and artistry of her acclaimed performances!
These last few
years have been quite exciting as Veronica, along with the profoundly talented
Tammy Lynne Hall-Hawkins on piano, superb bassist Daniel Fabricant
and many other musicians, have been presenting some wonderful live
music.
Veronica: "I love this music more than anything and it's time to make a
new
CD, to translate these performances to tracks that are classic yet
compellingly
present and capture the spirit of these concerts. With
this
new project I hope to present a collection of songs that will
inspire, touch and entertain with a CD that will build a bridge
to a bigger audience and reach out to the jazz stations and community
while bearing my own unique signature. If you have seen our shows
during the last several years, or enjoyed "Family Jewels - The Making
of Veronica Klaus" I hope you will consider supporting me in this
next chapter.
Recording a project incurs many costs: Studio time, musicians, song royalties, mixing, mastering, pressing and post-production promotion and publicity are all necessary expenditures and can be quite costly. While doing everything I can to keep costs down, I want this project to be done right and this is why I'm asking for your support!
