This level is for a 9" x 7" 44-60 page perfect bound book of "The Eight Contemporary Views of Omi" to be released after projects completion. The book will detail the history, philosophy, and experiences behind the project as well as juxtaposing Hiroshige's and my art work created by visiting the sites.

SPECIAL ARTIST LEVEL!!! I will send you, the artist, an Item or Sketch to be used as a point of collaboration and critical dialogue. Human Potential is the tentative theme and the type of resultant exhibition is dependent on the number interested, half of this award will be used to secure a venue and publication materials. I will provide personal updates as this progresses and provide more information to you directly if you are interested in this option. An 18" x 24" painting or 6 limited edition prints and an invitation to an authentic Shiga Prefecture dinner with the artist, where you will have the opportunity to learn the recipe from him and his Native Japanese wife.

A 24" x 36" studio painting or all Eight Limited Edition Prints and an invitation to the above dinner.

A 5 day personalized tour of the region and to work alongside the artist in a collaboration. Hotel and airfare will be your responsibility. This would be for transportation, guidance, and lunchtime meals, once you arrive in Japan. Hotels in Japan typically include breakfast and dinner in their accommodations. I will assist in finding the best flight and Hotel deals, further details will be worked out between us.
