Hi Tim,
I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the tie clip. We've definitely have tested this product thoroughly (Eddie still wears it everyday) and haven't had any issues with it digging into the chest. Can you send us a photo of your tie clip? We'd be happy to send you a replacement if there is a defect because there really shouldn't be anything uncomfortable about it. It isn't built any different than any other tie clip (unless you're thinking of a tie slide or tie bar). You can reach me at jennifer@tsaiclip.com and we'll get this sorted out pronto.

I wear a tie clip as part of my job as a teacher (it stops my tie dripping all over a kid if I have to lean over them), so when I saw the head-on shot of your clip I thought it looked great. However, I can't believe that you didn't do any market research or practical trials before producing this uncomfortable creation. It's just a pretty crocodile clip, that digs into one's chest, totally impractical to wear and unfit for purpose. I am saddened by what had such a great initial appeal...

I just got mine! I'll admit, I was a little weirded out when I got a strange envelope from an unknown name (Jennifer's) and an address in New York, but when I opened the envelope, I let out an audible gasp when I realized what it is. Why decide when you can get both? It really depends mostly on what you pair it with... The stainless steel / chrome one goes well on darker ties, and the gunmetal on lighter ties.

The moustache tie clip will cure your moustache envy. I am a female and I love to wear the tie clip to work with my blazer or on the collar of my tops. Would love to see more women rocking a moustache tie clip. :)

Moustache tieclip. Why do I want it so bad? I don't even like ties. I cannot fathom what I would do with such a product. All I know is that some weird, buried part of my personality wants a moustache tieclip. I am not sure how long I can resist.
By the way, I'm female. Perhaps it's a case of moustache envy?

I've since been obsessed with mustache t shirts. But mustache tie clips?? Unheard of! I like to wear tie clips to synagogue with my suit and tie every Saturday, and they are generally met with welcoming feelings.
I wonder how the Rabbi's gonna like them apples - maybe he'll ask me to pick one up for him ;)
