All funds will be used to undertake the final steps necessary to finish the film. This will include paying costly fees for music usage rights, translating the doc into different languages to increase access, and creating various exhibition copies of the film. Also, if enough money is gathered, it will allow me to print DVDs in bulk rather than in smaller (and ultimately costlier) installments!

With your help, this independent, artistically motivated film will compete with big studio-backed productions. The film itself explores the legacy of one of Russia's most influential directors, Andrei Tarkovsky. Besides investigating the heritage of this cinematic genius, the documentary ponders a more universal, philosophical idea that was often expressed by Tarkovsky: that death doesn't exist.
