People willing to give $20-$99 are the most special because they are people like me. Don't have a lot of money to throw around, but like to give when you see something neat. $20-$99 supporters get all the previous perks plus a beverage of their choice, with me, in a bar or restaurant in the San Francisco area.

Fifty dollar supporters and up get all the previous rewards plus an 8x10 color certificate with an image of the book as well as recognition for your support.

$100 supporters get all the previous gifts plus Associate Publisher status in the book.

You are the best of the best. My book is now funded by a grant from you or your company, created in partnership with..., Published in association with..., whatever the going lingo is with book publishing, you are it. You also get all the previous rewards.
