Michael, you might right in some cases - to GB around $7 or $8. But to South Korean is much more. So $10 is a nice compromise.
Plus you can figure you are saving good $$ getting your RydeSafe decals via Kickstarter instead of for retail price. Soon to be $15-20 per kit.

As to overseas shipping: If you could find out the price before closing the project here, we could just ad the cost to our pledge and pay all in one go. That seems easiest to me, I've done so with several other Kickstarter projects.

you've probably thought of it, but being in the UK, it gets dark here early in the late autumn to early spring. Like by 3:30pm you're putting on your bike light early.
perhaps you can get yourself some overseas stockists? Every biker I've showed this to has asked, 'where can I get those!!'
looking forward to the pack and lighting myself up! Hell of a lot easier than trying to fit 'one size doesn't fit all' reflectors all over.
