We are a home school family making a documentary to honor the 70th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.

This year represents another generation's defining event. On December 7, 1941, the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and destroyed the American Fleet. This year, 2011, is the 70th Anniversary of that infamous day that "awoke the sleeping giant" and initiated the United States into World War II.

We are a home school family making a documentary  to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor and honor the people of that generation who remember that day.

  • Will you be going to Pearl Harbor?

    We attended the Symposium conducted at the Valor in the Pacific National Park, the home to the Arizona Memorial. The Symposium lasted 4 days with multiple speakers, including historians, authors, survivors, civilian survivors and military. We were also in attendance during the memorial service on December 7, 2011.

  • How did you come up with this idea?

    Connor, the oldest brother, realized that this year was the 70th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor early this year and thought of the idea of attending the events. With the dissolving the the Pearl Harbor Survivors organization, we came to realize the opportunity to meet the men and hear the stories is also ending. So we wanted to capture their memories and share them with others, like you.
