Hi Kevin. Is it okay if I post the trailer on my blog Mayerson on Animation? It looks great and I'm looking forward to seeing the completed film.
Congrats on your amazing successes with this huge project! I can't wait to see your work in the coming months and years.
Hows on updates?
Hi Kevin. Would it be okay to post update #7 on my blog, Mayerson on Animation?
Bravos for your succesful trip to London! Good luck with sorting out all the material you've collected! I may know you through your wonderful grandparents, but I'm very proud of you too, Kevin!
Congrats Kevin!!!!!
congratz mate! Now, make some history!
Kevin, you da man!
Haha! I'm awesome! This movie better kick ass, Kevin!
$88 more to go!
$764 more to go! come on! push!
Kevin, is Richard willing to talk about it for the film? He's been reluctant to talk to anyone in the past about it. It'd be nice to hear his end of the story but regardless it'll be great to have the story told. Good luck!
Kevin- You Go Big Guy! Izzy D's Family says: "Let us know if the money isn't coming together and we'll figure out how to round things up."
Awesome!! You're so close!!!
you are getting close! how exciting!
A very intriguing project. Looking forward to "positive" updates. And yes - I'd like to get a DVD shipped to Switzerland ;)
We send best wishes for this fascinating project!

A wonderful initiative, Kevin! I've contacted Amid Amidi at Cartoon Brew and wrote him about your campaign. Pretty much the whole animation industry visits his website every day, so I'm sure the Brew readers would be willing to help you out. Good luck!
"The Animator's Survival Kit" is my bible - I really hope this project comes together as I am looking forward to hearing the full story.
What a fantastic journey you are on. I am happy to back this project. Good luck reaching your goal!
The "Recobbled Cut" is a very admirable work. I'm in touch with its creator, Garrett Gilchrist, and he's provided me with a lot of unique, rare footage of the film's production.
Feel free to tell your fellow animators about this! Every dollar counts.
Thanks again!
:)
Hi, let the world know about what happened to Richard and his masterpiece. I feel sorry for him and I hope he gets over it, or better yet, start a new masterpiece, or even better: Finish the Thief and the Cobbler. I am an animator myself and I know how much hard work is needed to pull of something of this magnitude. I can recommend seeing the Thief and the Cobbler - Recobbled version. (use a popular search engine to find it - you know what to do).
Hi Kevin, this looks fantastic! I just wish I could pledge more! :)
Good luck Kevin!!!
The motion looks so good. The water heater just fell through the floor, but I'll send some money.
I seem to remember watching a documentary about this project some time ago - could have been an Arena film?
I own a copy of Richard's' Animator's Survival Kit' and his work has played a strong role in the direction and career path I have been following for the last decade. Best of luck, you have my pledge.
I've been a fan of this film (Richard's version) since high school, and I owe it to myself to make this documentary possible.
