The Janks are producing a music video series to release in conjunction with their forthcoming album, due out in Jan 2011
We are releasing our first full length album in January 2011. Many resources have been put into these recordings and we're excited to now produce four high-quality music videos to coincide with our record's release. We are fortunate to be working with a very talented film director Gary Lundgren (Calvin Marshall starring Steve Zahn) who has signed on to direct the series for the band in December.
More and more people are discovering new music on YouTube these days, so our goal is to put the same kind of care into these videos as we did with our recordings. While technology has gotten cheaper, filmmaking is still expensive. By supporting this campaign and pre-ordering merchandise from us, we can budget for equipment rental, a talented crew, post-production and promotion.
