Erika Ilves and Anna Stillwell are the co-authors of The Human Project App. They blend a unique ability to structure problems and scale solutions—honed through their experience as management consultants designing large-scale performance transformations—with an understanding of the power of a compelling vision and story to shift culture and identity and mobilize people. Together they co-founded Executive Office and were awarded the M-Prize: The World's First Management Innovation Prize. Previously, Erika was an executive at TANDBERG (now part of Cisco), and a strategist at McKinsey & Company, while Anna was a strategist at Strategic Health Policy International and a psychologist in private practice.
Bethany Heck is the Lead Designer for The Human Project App. Her work has been featured in Wired.com, Smashing Magazine, Design Work Life, Uppercase Magazine, and several other international publications. Bethany is also a Kickstarter veteran. Her project, Eephus League, was funded by 890 backers for a tune of $27,000.

Hey, great ideas for expanding the project. Have you thought of perhaps making the app also available in languages other than English, to make the conversation truly global?
