Update #4: Bubbles

Check out the image and zoom in real close. Look at all the teensy details.

I don't know if every tiny detail of this would make it onto a page, but I'm considering this one for the book, most definitely.

Update #3: Fractallies!

Posted on February 18, 2010

Just a few more fractals that I think have book potential. Enjoy.

The final version of the book will not be decided until I know how much funding there is. If the funding is like $10,000 it will be a really huge monster, I imagine. I'm shooting for a standard-sized art book with about...I'd guess 30 to 40 pages with high-quality print jobs on high-quality paper. I have more than enough fractals done to fill it and will, no doubt, make more by then.

These are called Power On, Fire Diamond, and Squareburst.

Update #2: New Fractals

Posted on February 10, 2010

Here's some small snapshots of things that may or may not land in the book. Dear backers: If you like these, and want them to be included, drop me a message and let me know.

They are called Just Hold Me, Invisible, and Reject.

Love all three but especially the first one - Just hold me

Update #1: Frailty of Time

Posted on January 26, 2010

Right now, I'm deciding on just what should be in the book. I'll let the backers decide on some of them, as they're making the project possible. I have a fair pile of fractal pieces finished and will likely make more between now and then.

However, at least one piece is certain. It's called Frailty of Time and, as far as my fractal pieces go, this one is the favorite of plenty of people I know.

Here it is. Enjoy.

Absolutely beautiful! That is one of the best fractal pieces I've ever seen. I love the apparent disorder.
