OUR STORY
"After a long time of carefully crafting a collection of new songs, This Buffalo-bred quartet known as The Breathing Tree has sought out to put the recording process into drive. The group has called upon producer Dave Elkins (MAE, Schematic) to bring out the best in their new music. "I think it'll be a really healthy and symbiotic experience recording with Dave. We've known each other for a long time and have always seen eye to eye on many things." says Nicholas (vocals/guitar). "
Without any label or companies telling us how to make our art, we have crafted a collection of untouched and untampered with songs. Pure art is not letting anyone but the artists have an influence on the art itself. Unfortunately, without any record label, we must raise a sum to record ourselves and it's not terribly easy.
We have comprised a list of nifty things to give to you in return for your highly respected donations towards this campaign. Most importantly, a pre-order of the NEW ALBUM is one of those things! So please, help The Breathing Tree continue our journey as a band, and contribute what you can. We will forever be in your debt, and you will forever be in our hearts.

Assuming the successful complete funding of our kickstarter, we will THEN start bundling things together and sending them out. Everything (besides the new album) should get to you within the month of May.

Upon the end of our (hopefully) successful kickstarter, we will send e-mails to all of our backers. These e-mails will contain backer surveys which will be important in the aspect of where you will receive your digital downloads and what size shirt we will be sending you. And so on.

If we don't meet our goal...everyone keeps their money, and nobody receives their rewards. But let's not think about that!!
