An interactive children's book where you read the story aloud and the pictures come alive as you read.
Muvu Media is a startup company founded by Sean Patrick Richards. We're trying to raise money to launch our first product: an interactive children's book called "The Boy and the Bears."
Achieving our dollar amount goal will enable us to complete this beautiful app, which has been 3 months in the making, and enable us to bring this innovative learning tool to many people, including you!

If we don't reach our full goal, we will use the funding to finish the product and do everything we can to make this app as we've envisioned.
WHAT YOUR HELP WILL DO:
We believe this is a great new invention that is going to revolutionize kids' learning. We've already finished more than half of this app, with awesome art work, and we have very talened artists and programmers on board ready to fininsh this app. Helping us to complete this project will help bring a about a new app innovation that will promote reading skills for kids around the world.

Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
We would like to refine our voice recognition technology and make it even MORE intuitive and user friendly than it already is, if that's possible, so that even the worst accent that properly says a word will pass through the voice recognition every time. To do this we need to approach the best and the brightest in voice recognition technology. We've already talked with them, and they're waiting on a sum of money to refine our product and make it work even better.
Programming the app and converting it to different platforms such as Android and Kindle fire will cost a bit in terms of time, and we'd like to hire the best programmers to do this, as well as to integrate all of the art assets into these platforms in a way that best suits each platform.
Talented artists don't come cheap. To really get top notch animation, the kind that's appealing and conveys alot of emotional content, we need to pay some experienced animators. We've already been seeking out a lot of experienced professionals to go to work using our storyboards, but they cost a bit and the work will take them a good number of hours.
None of these tasks are risky or overshooting our mark. The app will certainly work intuitively and look amazing if we can make our $50,000 goal. In fact, a lot of the professionals we've contacted have already begun work demonstrating their skills and showing how well their services will work and look in our app, and the results are even better than we've expected. So rest assured your donation will really help and contribute to creating a truly wonderful new innovation in kids' learning.
