This is our first BIG TOUR of many, and we need a bus! Launch us on our way to becoming a full-time touring band for years to come!
Remember the way you felt the last time you just started running through a sunny field as fast as you could because YES! you're alive! And what's worth more than a good laugh or dancing your butt off among friends? Well, we call ourselves the Bottlecap Boys, and that's what we do with everyone we meet. If you can think of a musical genre that describes that feeling, let us know!
This summer, we're launching our first large-scale tour. We'll travel from our home in Portland through ten western states (WA, OR, CA, AZ, NM, WY, CO, NV, MT and ID), meeting friends new and old. We'll share our music in festivals and forests, on stages and sidewalks. We've got over 30 shows booked already and more coming in as you read this. We. Can't. Wait.
To make it happen, we need your help! We need a quality tour bus that gets us to shows safely and reliably. We've been researching on our own and getting great professional advice on the right bus. Our best options will cost $7k - $9k up front and require a lot of elbow grease and parts in order to install beds and safe cooking appliances. We've been hard at work tracking down parts and will provide all the elbow grease needed, but our savings won't buy us this bus.
