The Bleeding Hearts want to make a video!

Yes, it's true.  We're putting our mugs on film or tape or whatever they use nowadays for our permanent record.  This will be our first video and we really want it to be awesome so we need to get some people who know what they are doing to help us shoot it.  These people are willing to give us a discount but this stuff ain't free, baby.  To make the video the way we want it, we're going to need some extra scratch to toss around.  Those donuts don't jelly themselves, you know.

We chose "Status Symbol" from our 2nd record to make our first video because it's short, simple and rocks hard!  Plus our video director likes it and he'll have to listen to it about 100 times before it's all done.  Check the song out for yourself here: www.thebleedingheartsrock.com (the second song on the player, but listen to them both!)

What's going to be in this video?  Think 70s classic Russ Meyer chicks, tattoo'd up and driving classic 70s cars.  I think we'll be in it, too but you never know what might happen on the editing room floor.

Little Steven (of the E Street Band) chose us to appear on The Coolest Songs In The World, Vol. 8 so you know we are totally legit.  He said "my vote for having succeeded in creating this year's coolest album."

Wolf from Scumfest said  "Status Symbol and It Hurts are great Punk F**kin Rock & Roll numbers!"

"The Bleeding Hearts were born to be badasses, liars or both." is another favorite quote that appeared in print one day.  We agree.
