The rewards items have begun rolling in!

I got our shipment of black/white/greyscale stickers from Contagious Graphics the other day.

Also received a package from Scott Tolleson with the 2 color stickers and the signed OG orange Uncle Argh figures (which were NOT easy to come by- these are probably the very last OG Arghs available anywhere).

Finally, we got the JC Rivera custom resin figure reward in the mail.

So, we'll mail out the JC Rivera piece and start creating the official sticker packs this upcoming week. We'll also mail out the sticker packs to anyone who JUST got that reward by itself.

Apparently the Argh Noirs themselves are in production and I will keep everyone posted on their arrival... Scott will be working on prints, sketches, paintings, etc over the summer and I'll send updates whenever I have more news on that topic. Ditto for the Argyle t-shirts: should be done soon.

Big thanks to JC Rivera and Scott Tolleson for creating/sending some of our rewards. Hope everyone's having a great weekend... it's been blazing hot here in NYC!

Brief update:

Our Argyle t-shirts are being printed this weekend, says our screen printer.

And, Toy2R says an initial quantity of Argh NOIRs (the ones that Scott Tolleson gets for being the artist behind this piece) will appear with Scott at SDCC. I'm not exactly sure where Scott will be appearing but I bet ya for at least some of the time, he'll be at the October Toys booth #4838. In any case, you can follow him on Twitter here.

To be honest, I'm not sure if that's 3 pieces, or a couple cases, but the good news about that is our big shipment of the entire production run of Argh Noirs will not be far behind. (The reason Scott's get to him first is they are most likely shipping from Hong Kong via air to make the show. The other 475 Argh Noirs ship by boat to our CA warehouse, and that takes 2 weeks longer than air shipments.)

So the rewards and the Arghs are coming together! I'm even having renonelab print up some die-cut, full color 4-inch Tenacious Danger Dog stickers at the moment, so those of you that ordered rewards that include sticker packs may get one of those as well in your packs. Our way of providing extras to you to thank you for making the Argh Noir Exclusive possible.

Thank you all for responding to our survey! We do need responses from everyone who wishes to have their rewards mailed! I think we're still waiting for a couple more of you to reply.

Here's where we stand with the rewards:

• Argh Noir figures have been paid for and production should be underway. Will post exact details on that ASAP.

• Stickers have been submitted to printer.

• T-shirt order has been submitted to Rebelution Ink for production.

• "Honey-do" list has been sent to Scott Tolleson so he can begin working on all the artwork like prints, sketches, paintings, etc. As he finishes those items, I'll send more updates! (We're all going to have to give Scott a bit of a break on timing; he just had another baby!)

• I have received the 2 Process Black Tube Dunnys from VISEone already (what a cool dude!) and I'll be shipping those to the 2 lucky backers this upcoming week.

• Reminder: if you opted for Tenacious Toys credit as a reward, you may feel free to use it now. Instructions have already been sent to you via the Kickstarter messaging system.

So the Kickstarter / Amazon Payments system of collecting money has worked itself through faster than I expected. I have already collected your payments and sent the money through to Toy2R in Hong Kong to have the Uncle Argh Noirs produced. 

Our next step, as we await the arrival of the Arghs, is to get all the other rewards straight.

Within the next week, you will receive a survey/questionnaire email via the Kickstarter messaging system about your rewards. We will need to collect your addresses, as well as your t-shirt sizes if you ordered a shirt.

Dear everyone,

I cannot thank you enough for making the Uncle Argh Noir Mini Qee a reality.

I am honored to be working with Scott Tolleson, and very thankful that Kevin Winnik of Toy2R USA went out on a limb and allowed us to fund this run of Mini Qees using Kickstarter. I think we've proven that KS is a valid funding platform for exclusive runs of designer toys!

But is was really YOU, each one of you, that made this happen. I can only take this concept so far... we needed your pledges to make the Argh Noir Kickstarter work! So THANK YOU ALL so very much!

What happens now?

Amazon Payments is charging your cards. In about 2 weeks, those funds clear and I am able to move the money into my bank account and then wire it to Toy2R in Hong Kong to begin production. That whole process will take about 3 weeks total (I'm guessing by May 23rd, I'll have sent the money to Toy2R).

After that, the production of the Argh Noir will take about a month, and the figures will then ship by boat to Apex in CA for fulfillment. Shipping of the Argh Noirs will commence immediately once they arrive in CA. I am estimating the shipping of the Argh Noirs will begin in late July.

As for the other rewards: soon I will be sending a questionnaire to each of you via Kickstarter. I will need all of your addresses. Those of you who ordered rewards with t-shirts, I'll have to get your sizes as well.

The color stickers in the sticker packs are already printed. I will be sending the black & white stickers off to the printing company Contagious Graphics within a week or 2.

Scott will be working on his prints, sketches, paintings and customs during the time that the Argh Noirs are being manufactured. Hopefully all rewards will be ready for shipping at approximately the same time. It's possible that the paintings and custom toys make take a bit longer than the rest of the rewards.

Other customs provided by VISEone and JC Rivera will be shipped as soon as possible (once the money has cleared).

As for the Tenacious Toys credit, anyone who chose those rewards is free to use them once the money has cleared in our account. I will keep everyone posted on that, but I am estimating 3 weeks from now.

Who's shipping what?

Apex will ship all of the Argh Noirs directly to those of you that ordered them.

I will personally handle the shipping of all other rewards, so many of you will get 2 packages. I will keep careful track of everyone's rewards in order to ship the appropriate reward to each of you. In the event that I screw something up and you don't get what you ordered, all you have to do is email me or message me here through Kickstarter, and I will fix it personally.
