When you think of famous movie cars, one stands out like a sore thumb: The Pizza Planet Truck. We plan to build it.
We are going to build a full scale replica of the Pizza Planet Truck. We are currently seeking donations that would be put towards purchasing a used truck (which we have already found and the owner has set aside his “For Sale” signs so we have time to get the money in order) and modifying it to resemble the famous truck down to as many details as we can imagine.
Once we have completed the project we will take a road trip up the state of California to Pixar Studios, which is located in Emeryville, California, to see how they and anyone else we encounter on the road trip would react to seeing the Pizza Planet Truck drive by.
We intend to film all phases of the process from the purchase of the truck, to the build, and ending with a final road trip documentary.
