Album Update!!!
Dear Beloved Supporters!
Sorry it has taken so long to get this update to you. The last couple of months have been absolutely crazy! We have played a ton of shows and traveled thousands of miles. Since we talked to you last we have been on the bill with David Allan Coe, made our first apearance at Headwaters Country Jam, played at the world-famous Cody Stampede and the amazing Sheridan WYO Rodeo, and rocked and rolled our way through many of our favorite little roadhouses. Throughout all this, we have stayed plenty busy with rehearsing and rearranging for the album that YOU all graciously funded for us.
And now we would like to take a moment to let you guys in on all the details we have been working on for the album. After much deliberation, many emails, late-night meetings and van talks, we would like to announce that we have decided to cut the tracks with Dual-Fi Records at Brown Owl Studios in Nashville, Tennessee!
That's right friends, The Bad Intentions are headed to Music City! We have tickets booked, and we will be flying out bright and early on July 29th, the day after our debut at the second annual Red Ants Pants Music Festival in White Sulphur Springs, MT.
Producing the album will be Bozeman's own Andrew Petroff (of Clinton's fame and former touring bassist with Steel Magnolia) and Chris Kimmerer (Sonicflood, Ludwig drummer and Nashville session great). You can hear the great work these guys do on the Clinton's latest album, Sellout, as well as the debut album from our good friends in Golden Grenade.
We will be tracking the album the whole first week of August, and hope to have it to you in September. In the meantime, you can keep track of the album progress, tour dates, and road shenanigans on our website, www.thebadintentions.com, or our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/badintentions406.
Thanks for all your love and support, and for helping us to realize our dreams and goals!
The Bad Intentions
