Update #1: The CD Masters Are Complete
Though the Kickstarter fundraising project was unsuccessful, the CD 'Take It Back' is still being completed. As a special thanks to those who supported this project, all backers will receive a signed copy of the album when it is finished in a couple weeks. Without the project funding, we won't be producing a professional music video in the near future, and we won't be hiring a large marketing campaign for this album. Instead, we will create and release beautiful photo videos on YouTube and will work to market the album ourselves by getting it to as many shows, festivals, reviewers, magazines, online outlets and radio stations as possible.

Tami René is helping to re-define the indie, Singer/Songwriter classification by unabashedly including a wide variety of musical influences in her sound.
Her 2009 debut album, "Ghost Town", incorporates jazz-rock styled arrangements with uniquely captivating vocals. "Spring Fever" emerged as a favorite among many fans and garnered top 10 placement on internet radio ratings, maintaining placement over several months. "Taboo" was selected for live radio play in Europe with coverage in France, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium.
An exciting new blues-rock, suburban-funk styled album release is expected in late 2010.
With the assistance of talented Arranger/Producer, Randy Thorderson - www.randythorderson.com, Tami's songwriting efforts have come to fruition.
