In NYC, in Autumn of 2010 an anticipated 120 models will be assembled into a series of suspended interactions. Sarah Small and collaborators will bring to life, The Delirium Constructions, a series of still photographic images depicting unlikely characters in improbable scenarios. At once performance, party and experiment, the Tableau Vivant will be both the centerpiece and immersive environment for 700 expected attendees. In the preceding months, leading up to the main event, there will be several mini-Tableaux Vivants exploring various components of the performance.
