We've had a few questions about move, shoot, move and compatibility and have added 2 FAQ at the bottom of the main page. The answers are also below. Thanks for supporting!
The Genie can be set to either 'move, shoot, move' or perform 'continuous' motion. This means in 'move, shoot, move' mode the Genie stops to trigger the shutter and can wait any number of seconds before it makes the next move. The application of this is particularly necessary for long exposures at night or with ND Filters. The Genie may also be used in continuous motion which allows for perfectly smooth video shots.
In short if your camera has a remote input such as for a timer remote then the Genie will connect with your camera. There maybe some cameras not listed on the compatibility list on our website and we are continually updating this.
