I'm a writer with a passion for geekery, cats and bookbinding.
My previous Kickstarter project was the novella Argleton, a story of maths, maps and motorways. The free ebook of Argleton has now been downloaded 10,000 times and the Kindle version has received several 5-star reviews on Amazon.
In a previous life I founded the Open Rights Group, a UK non-profit that campaigns on digital rights issues. I also founded Ada Lovelace Day, an international celebration of the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering and maths.
I mostly make my living as a journalist and social technology consultant but, like all writers, am searching for a way to transition to writing full time.
