  I sent an email to support@surfeasy.com with regards to my unlimited upgrade and I received a reply the following day, then my account was changed within 24 hours... So if it's been longer than a couple days, try sending an email to support@surfeasy.com

  Just found out that I hit my 2GB limit on the limited plan... I know I signed up for the unlimited plan. I logged on to my account and sent a message through the "contact-us" form... but haven't even received an acknowledgement that my message had been received.

  Anyone in Australia, specifically Melbourne, receive theirs yet? I was hoping I would get it today as they were shipped 11-12 business days ago but nothing. How long does DHL global mail take? According to SurfEasy support, shipping doesn't have tracking either which doesn't help.

  Mine arrived last week (military postal system in Germany)... I picked it up this afternoon, and tried it this evening. So far, it works great! It's really going to get its use here over here. I can now access sites that were previously unavailable to me since I am outside the U.S.
