Continuing the abysmal record of the Supr teams customer service, I will add a data point. My black slim of approx 3 months of age is experiencing issues. Threads are coming loose and a large piece of the elastic is protruding from the top of the wallet. Two emails spaced two weeks apart have now gone unanswered. Supr, that blue "Contact me" to the right of this email implies in fact that you can be contacted. I sincerely apologize for making that assumption. Shame on me.

Seeing as my attempts to contact you directly have gone unanswered I have elected to post in the comments section. Here's hoping that is more successful. I fully expect to be disappointed once again. Why practice good customer service at this late stage?

Just received my double black/pink, shipping took between 3 and 7 days, it's really fast !
The Slim seems to be very tough. I realized I always ask for a black while I imagine a navy but no matter, it's good ! Thanks guys.

I was unable to find an email address anywhere on your site so I'll leave this here. After half a year of waiting my pink Slim arrived today. It was really tight and after only a couple of hours the bottom stitching gave out.

After waiting nearly eight months for my Slims to arrive, they finally showed up today. I ordered a two pack, navy and pink. While the navy one looks okay and fits a few cards in no problem, the pink one is so tight that it's nearly impossible to fit even ONE card in, and even harder to take it out. Also, the X on the pink one is not properly centered and looks pretty bad in my opinion. After all the disappointment in waiting for this, the product is a complete failure as well.

I received my black Slim on the first batch some months ago and I'm very satisfied, can't wait to order more colores when possible. I would recommend those waiting to hold on just a little more, it's worth it. Like other have said, the Slim holds 5 or 6 cards tops (it is truly slim The Slim), with 6 or more cards the stitches on the bottom become ugly and even take space, pushing the cards upwards. I however have been using the Slim with 15 cards, plus notes, plus bills by reversing the Slim (turning it inside out) therefore the botton stitches are now on the insider and the Slim can accomodate lots of cards with the same grip and form, at the cost of loosing the X and having very ugly stitches instead.

I have had my wallet for a while now, and REALLY like it. I have had many people ask where they can get one. Are they available yet for retail. I do have a suggestion, however, for the next run. You need to stitch in a site URL where you can purchase one. Other than that... no complaints!

Been using my slim for about a week or two now.
I love it, I really do.
And that's why it feels so bittersweet when i just now noticed that the stitching at the bottom of the slim is actually loosen up and comes off.
It isn't fallen apart just yet, but however in sometime it will become unusable, and that's a real shame..=(

I'm with Bebop, it's time to offer refunds. This project was supposed to be delivered in September. I tried to be understanding and patient with your delays but it is mid-April and I haven't received a single unit yet... please refund my 100 dollars. This was my first Kickstarter campaign and I will never participate again. You kept promising delivery without ever mailing anything. Super disappointed in you guys.

I initially backed this project with the intent to distribute all the slims as Christmas gifts, but obviously that didn't happen. I thought I could wait and whenever I got them then that would be okay but after hearing about the bad responses from backers I wanted to be refunded. As you can see below the response was generic and didn't address my request. Also I sent two other responses that were not addressed.

Please refund my order or at the very least you should double the amount of slims I pledged for. I bought a 6 pack for $100 since there were so many colors and I thought they would be quite cool.

Sorry for the delayed response! We just noticed your message in our queue.

The Neon Slims are what is holding up the shipping of the rewards. We got notification from the factory that the Neon Slim bodies are done and have been passed off to the embroidery team to be finished.

The estimates we have received from the factory have been notoriously inaccurate. It could be anywhere from another 1 to 2 weeks before the Slims are in your pocket.

If you like, we can switch out the Neon Slims for Black and ship your order immediately.

Got my neon orange a couple of days ago.
Been using it as my wallet, and the materials are good. Have to agree with 5 cards at most. And the wallet is way to tight to have just one card removed.
However it is built quite well and it is really slim.

But! I couldn't stand the X my god how ugly it is, so I cut it out.

To sum it up. Would never buy this in store. But I am glad I backed this project.

I'm carrying 6 cards and a bit of cash. Material holds the cards in too tight, I have to take out all the cards to get 1 but I'm hoping it'll loosen up over time. Hated the bottom stitching, it adds too much to the total volume so I removed it but since the height of the wallet is the same as the cards, it's even harder to get them out so that was a dumb idea, looks nicer though. I'd like to see a version without bottom stitching, shorter so the cards stick out on both sides, seamless elastic band and a looser grip on my cards. I'm going to try it out for a few more weeks but I think I'll end up going back to a Swallet unless I see something like what I described.

Got my neon orange slim in today. I actually think it is built pretty well for what it is, it is certainly a more sturdy type of material than I would have thought and the bottom stitching looks pretty strong. My problems with it are
1) It is a bit overpriced for what I got. If I had seen it in stores I wouldn't have bought it at the 25 dollar price.
2) I see myself rarely using it after getting my CNCH wallet from Portsmith Co. (they delivered 2 weeks early instead of 6 months late). This will be a wallet I use when I don't want to worry about messing up the nice wood of my CNCH.
