All the above mentioned, plus a fitness consultation. Which consists of a flexibilty test, range of motion test, balance test, *optional body fat test and measurements. Nutritional advice and a stretch demonstration included. I am a Nationally certified trainer through NASM.

All of the above mentioned. I'll write you a personalized Hip Hop song, and teach you how to write your very own Hip Hop song.

All of the above included, I'll also cover one of your favorite Hip Hop songs or a song from any genre in a Hip Hop format over the original music or a Hip Hop beat. Then post footage of me performing it and make an audio copy.

You get all of the above. Plus 3, half hour, Personal Training sessions I am NASM certified (National Academy of Sports and Medicine). Plus the single off my Album Fatal Intelligence called "Yada Yada Yada".

You get all of the above except the half hour personal training sessions are now one hour sessions and you still get 3 of them.
