What is the project about?
“DisEnchanted” is a riff on beloved fantasy and reality TV. In faux reality-show style, we follow four spoiled Fairytale princesses as they're booted from Fairytale Kingdom and must learn to survive on their own in the "real world."
Think the Kardashians as psychopathic fairytale princesses...
Snow White has become a raging nymphomaniac, Cinderella is a binge-eating madwoman, Rapunzel has turned into a total moron, and Little Mermaid is the most bitter sexy, fishbitch to ever escape the seven seas.
As the series unfolds, we will meet a plentiful cast of famous fairytale characters and original imaginations. Each episode is self-contained, but all connect to the same throughline of the Princesses learning to overcome their self-absorbed selves in order to return to Fairytale Kingdom.

What will the funds be used for?
While we were able to pull off the first three episodes on an extremely limited budget, we will need your help to complete Season One!
Our mission is to bring a vast array of creatures and characters from the Fairytale Kingdom into the series and this will require costumes and special FX make-up. Trolls, princes, evil queens, witches, dwarves, and magical beings of all shades and persuasions are set to help or hinder the girls on their redemption quest.
Your donations will contribute to costumes, props, set design, location fees, and craft!

AARON JACKSON is an award winning director and writer based out of Los Angeles. His work has screened throughout the country at the Boston International Film Festival, First Run Film Festival in NYC, New Visions/New Voices Film Festival, and the Yosemite Film Festival.
Aaron studied Film and TV production at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, as well as the prestigious FAMU academy in Prague, CZ.

CHRIS BRAMANTE is a writer/actor based out of Los Angeles. A graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts Dramatic Writing program, he has worked for companies such as The Colbert Report, ABC and Marvel Comics. Creator of the comic book series "MAN COP," Chris is a writer of science fiction and fantasy adventure.

KELLY TRACY graduated from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, with a degree in Film and Television Production and minors in Producing and in History. She loves producing unique stories, whether they're seen in a short film, television show, spec commercial, or web series. Kelly currently lives in Los Angeles and works at a below-the-line talent agency. She can be found at any time of the day sipping on sweet iced tea.
