About this project

I am super excited to get into the studio with a phenomenal producer and artist to work on my first professional produced full length CD.  

Over the last year, a number of my original songs have been played on FM radio stations across the nation, as well as in Europe and Australia.   They have also made their way to several respected internet stations.  I attended the Folk Alliance Conference in Memphis were I received a number of offers to play in venues across the country.

Now I need a CD with the high quality required for an artist to move to the next stage of their career.   And this is where you come in.    Producing a CD isn't an inexpensive proposition.   Indie artist, like myself, don't have the funding of a major label to absorb the production costs.  I have set my goal at 1/2 the amount necessary.   That's because Kickstarter doesn't collect, or distribute, money if you don't meet your goal.  I'm hoping my supporters will exceed my goal and fully fund this project

The songs are ready to go.   All I need to do now is get into the studio to complete the recording process, add the background musicians and vocals.   Then it's off to mastering and duplication.

Having a producer of Chris' caliber agree to produce your work is quite an honor.   A producer only wants to work with artists they know will uphold their reputations.  So I must be on the right track.
