With your help, we'll bring Frozen Custard to the Bay Area in a food truck. Come build your own sundae or have us cater your party!
My goal is to take my dessert catering business on the road with the renovation of an existing food truck. I’ll feature organic frozen custard and baked treats, and the mobile unit will allow me to cater parties with sundae bars. I have the frozen custard machine set up now, but its permanent home would be on the truck. I would sell at food truck events and festivals around the San Francisco Bay Area.
I have come this far by getting a loan from a local community lender, and I need your help to raise money to complete renovation of the truck with new refrigerators and freezers. My mission is to spread the love of frozen custard that is already all over the Midwest and bring this amazing soft serve to the bay area!
