Steam Pub is a full service tavern with a focus on creativity. From an expansive beer,cocktail, and food menu, to the creative arts.
Here at Steam we want to offer not only a place to come and enjoy our fabulous food and drinks. We also wish to create a venue for artist to showcase their talents, from the art we hang on the walls, and sell on consignment from the artist. To the stage where local and national musicians can call home. Through connections and knowledge that owner and general manager Martin Hoeger has made in his 17 years as a proffesional musician htttp://www.illinoistheband.com there will be a steady flow of musicians wanting to grace the stage.
Being in the restaurant industry as long we have, we know what works. We promise to have a clean, well serviced, competitively priced place to enjoy our 60 ft. bar, beautiful patio, creative menus and nightly entertainment. The vibe of the space will be a comfortable, and the look will have the nostalgia of an olde towne tavern.
The money we receive from the pledges will go towards the sound system, an easel and art supplies, and paint for the over all aesthetics of the building. Your pledges will allow us to complete our true vision.
