New Custom Cards + Stretch Goal!
Continuing our custom card series, we present, Lorien Green, creator of the Going Cardboard board game documentary.
And the inestimable Tom Vasel of The Dice Tower.
We're also happy to announce our 1st stretch goal. At $10,000, we'll be adding custom Lincoln meeples to the game! Here's a sample mockup image (which will almost certainly be slightly different from the final product, but it gives you an idea). Each set will come with four Lincoln meeples :)

@Travis just saw this... yeah his hat was stolen by Booth. That's why the meeples don't have hats.

Also, yes I just remembered that his hat was stolen, so maybe no top hats.
Creator Travis Tidmore on July 5, 2012
Any chance of the Meeples having Top Hats?

OH...I failed to notice that about the scoring. Your way totally makes more sense, then.

Hey Joseph, thanks for the comments! I like the way Bang does it, but that way wouldn't work in this game because the cards are all used for end game scoring. At the end of the game, you combine all of your cards and tally up the bottom right score. So with each life that you lose, the card is removed from the game, as well as the points associated with it.
The lives are fully underneath Pixel Lincoln, and do not need to be seen by all opponents at all times. It is public information and you can ask at any time, but in most cases you will know. It's very tragic when someone loses a life in Pixel Lincoln!

Very cool idea. I dislike the actual shape you have there, but I would certainly prefer meeples to cards in terms of saving table space. Also, instead of having separate cards for lives, you should have like they do in Bang, where there is a single card you place your character card on top of, and depending on how many symbols you have showing from the bottom card, that is how many lives you have. Easier to see at a glance.

Here's a little info on how the meeples (which I am temporarily calling Emanceeples) will be used in the game.
They will replace the player movement card, which is basically the card that you use to travel throughout the levels. Instead of moving the cards around, you will simply move the meeple. It's less shuffling around, and most importantly for me, a bit of a space saver. Your level consists of 5 cards with room in between each card for the meeples. It won't get any bigger than that.
Another upgrade that comes along with the meeples is that each players main Pixel Lincoln card will now also be updated to show the color that is associated with it (Player 1 = Red, Player 2 = Blue, etc).
Hope you guys like these!
