Just got my Wake Up Alice, Gryphon, and Lake of Tears signed lithos. They are gorgeous! If these look stellar, I can't wait to see what the Alchemy Vorpal Blade, and the signed Akaneiro Poster look like!

You said you've been posting regular updates to the Greenlight page, but I am "following" on Greenlight and haven't heard a peep in months because you evidently only post news in the comments section. Just happened to go hunting for info today since it's been so long since any news about things other than rewards.

I get if you don't want to flood with news (though less of an issue on Greenlight since it doesn't email people, just puts stuff in their Steam activity feed), but something important like "we are delaying the Steam launch" or "We are hoping to have it out this month" seem post worthy.

So any news on the steam release? its been almost 2 months since the game has been released and i havent touched it because i dont want to download and then have to uninstall when the steam version comes out. Im almost at the point where im just gonna call it quits on this game because so many other games are out like metro last light or resident evil revelations

I hate it when ppl bring up that "we're broke - no wait edits!" thing. For craps sake *ANYONE* who read the intial page could have fgured out that the KS was using a conversational tone instead of "we need munies halp!"

And then here comes a certain popular website/blog w/ a chip on their shoulder and insinuates *scams! LULZ!* and it sticks. =/

First of all, I'm sorry if anyone consider this Trolling, but with a single Status on Facebook Mr McGee lost all suport I had and would have given him. For someone who had come to kickstarter with (a quickly edited and deleted) "we don't have money to finish the game, please help me", he was too quick to defend the Always Online DRM a clear way to attack consumers and little effective to protect your product. For one who's all against activision and EA he's surely not far from their line of thought. Alas I had already backed Akaneiro and really liked the Alice M.R. game. My coment will acomplish little here, but if it helps open the eyes of ONE person it had done its job.

I just got my signed Alice: Madness Returns for Xbox 360 in the mail. I hope Mr. McGee didn't roll his eyes too much at what i wrote for him when he signed it. XD It reads:

@Jose: That's the same boat I'm in. I haven't played the game at all as I don't want to restart if that's required when I play it on Steam. I just hope I haven't lost any of the freebies or rewards I have by waiting.

@Rock_M: Yeah figured as much but at the same time hoped that's not the case. Since the game asks for an ID and pass to log on. I thought maybe it would be the same in stead and take the same information. Our luck it's a different server and I need to start over from scratch. This is why I haven't played the game yet since I'm waiting patiently for the steam version.

@Jose: You will probably need to DL a steam version. The client is a stand alone and judging from the few MMO's and other games I've grabbed/repurchased from Steam. That version normally has its own client version because of the need to integrate it to Steam Works

@Alexandra: Karma crystals are for purchasing Shinigami scrolls from the Shammy Mart. It's pretty much a res scroll from the looks of things so it's not like your missing out on much you can still use karma to ressurect in a stage. I've also checked w/ the mods and you actually earn them automatically for logging in every day.

For signed items or messages/names within the game, do we have to specify that via BackerKit or will it be organized via e-mail?

I've put in for a signed PC copy and I saw the follow up question on BackerKit but wasn't entirely sure how to go about it as my husband has also separately put in $500 for a message to be included in the game and I know he was wondering when e-mails may go out or if we should send in an e-mail regarding them as the custom message inclusion wasn't listed on the development plan.
