About Pants!
We've created Pants!, a crazy family card game of trouser-collecting and wardrobe-stealing fun. Build your wardrobe of classy pants, sporty pants, adventure pants, or casual pants before your opponents do. But hold tight to your trousers because they can get stolen right from under your nose! The colorful cards feature the retro-funky illustrations of award-winning artist Sparky Firepants.

We got hooked on Pants! right away and we think you will, too. It's great for humans ages 4 and up. We're pretty sure it's great for small mammals, too. We just haven't tested that yet.
Get the Game
We're seeking funding to manufacture 2,500 copies of the game. We’ve found a printer in the U.S. who can produce the cards and packaging for $6,500. The rest of the funding will go toward prepping the card designs for manufacture and shipping costs. If we get extra funding, we'll be taking it to the NYC and Chicago Toy Fairs, to put it right in front of retailers worldwide. Pants! to the world!
Our ultimate goals are to give people a super fun game to play and make a ginoromous splash at the Toy Fairs with a superbly designed, professional product.

That's a smaller, much cheaper prototype we had made for testing. The card designs will stay the same, but we'll need to reformat them a bit for the manufacturer.

Kickstarter Backers get see the final art before anyone else in the world. You are special! Once the cards are formatted for the printer, we'll set them all up on a secret page so you can choose.

The game is intended for ages 4 and up. It works great with 2–5 players.

You will make Sparky Firepants cry giant crocodile tears. Actually, it's cool. Just specify that you want unsigned prints and we'll happily comply.

The cards consist of different wardrobe categories: Classy, Sporty, Casual, Adventure. There are four unique types of pants in each wardrobe category. For example, Classy Pants consists of stripey dress pants, tuxedo pants, a gown, and a kilt.
The object is to collect two full sets of pants from two different categories. The first player to do that wins. There are wild cards you can play to thwart your opponents' pants collection: Suspenders and gift card. Just when you're ready to lay down your winning set of pants, another player can steal your set or make you put it back. Ouch.There's also an underwear wild card you can use with three pairs of pants in a category to make a complete set. Wee!
Game play goes like this: Each player is dealt five cards. In a turn of play, you can:
• Lay down a complete set of pants
• Discard pants cards you don't need
• Pick from the discard pile to get cards you need
That's it, in a nutshell. We have our own little strategies we use, and sometimes we come up with new "house" rules. Sometimes we'll increase the number of sets you need to win to three if we have fewer players.
We can't wait to get the game out there and hear from people about their own "house rules!"

There are 54 cards to a deck. They'll be about the size of a regular deck of playing cards: 3.5" x 2.5," round corners, with Aqueous coating (which means they won't fall apart if you spill Kool-Aid on them).

We'll ship the game anywhere in the U.S. for free (that includes military people overseas at their APO address). To Canada, please add $10 to your pledge. Everywhere else, please add $15. If you are on the International Space Station, we will... get back to you on that.

It's a pretty standard tuck box, like a deck of cards. It will have a super cool Pants! design on it.
