I just looked other comments, and oh my god, so many complaints about not receiving. Why would you blame it on international mails. I have supported many other projects and I received all of them via International mails.

I paid $80 and get nothing. IF YOU spend $80 for nothing in a store, what would you do? Just walk away and think the store owner must have a reason not giving you anything? Tell me what you would do and I will do the same.

There was a project from middle east, that I wanted but decided not to back, as I figured, if international shipments are hard from the US, guess the trouble that project creators will go through to ship out from their country. And I was right - the amount of abuse they are taking from the backers now, is sad.

That said, I just saw your 'Shark Tank' episode, Moshe. I am happy about the result and wish you all the best! I did get my soundbenders early, but can see how the package could be 'lost', not just in other places, but US also.

I have sent an email on 25/Oct and still yet to receive my product. At this stage I am going to wait until after Xmas and I will re-send my request after new year if I haven't received my product. I guess tracking is essential to protect both yourself (seller) and your backers. It could be a small price to pay on top but this is well worth the money.

I have not received anything yet and kickstarter takes no action. They are not responsible for the product they help sell. Lost all credibility for me, I will never support any project. On ebay you buy anything and they guarantee your money back if not delivered. Here there is no support, they simply ask you to contact the seller. Dear Fellowes, yes it took some extratime, but finaly I got my reward as promised. I understand, why some backers got angry, but its not really Moshes fault, that in Germany for example the customs needed about 3 weeks to leave the letter through. So just stay calm and believe in what you backed for. It´s the idea everyone sponsored. This is crowdfunding not shopping at amazone. It´s hard work to produce and deliver for 544 people in whole world.
Thank you Moshe, great work. I gave some to my family and friends and all where delighted. Well done and just keep on thinking!

Got mine last month and it works fine. Magnet was in backwards, figured there was a 50/50 chance of that. Quick & easy to fix. Well worth $7.

Not worth getting upset or spending a lot of time complaining as my time is worth more, and I understand the nature of Kickstarter. Move on, it's not a store. It is helping those get started and learn along the way.

There are several people out there who backed your kickstarter in good faith. However, you choose to neglect them completely! Have the decency to answer our mails, reply to posted comments, send out our rewards! If not, then issue refunds! I know kickstarter isn't a shop, but it also isn't charity!

I don't care about the magnets, like Evan said, this was clear from the beginning. My problem is I have not received anything: no shipping notice, no soundbenders, no answers to the emails I have sent, not even a single explanation on this comments page as to why my delivery is delayed for almost 2 months. Moshe, please step forward and send out all missing shipments or at least be so kind as to answer emails.

Got mine in the mail this morning. Don't hold your breath with the shipping...
Like John Kostrzewski 4 of my five had the magnets in backwards. Poke them out through the hole in the back and flip them around. Slight inconvenience... but I can imagine how hard assembly with correct magnet orientation might be... Still if this hits retail and isn't fixed it's going to be a serious problem.

Good night, there is no consideration for the people who believed in you and your project. So far not received any email with information if my items have already been sent or not. the next time you think to launch a product you should first consider a team enough to at least get in touch with people and answering emails. I am very disappointed and thinking that made a bad deal.
