Update #4: Classes!
Update #3: Open letters
Dear anyone who wants to get in on this but didn't get in before the Kickstarter deadline,
You can drop me a line at soma@brooklynbrainery.com, prices are the same as they were for KS folks.
Dear backers,
A class looks like it'll happen on the 29th. Slightly tentative, but I thought I'd give you an update while I was at it.
We'll be covering ice cream machine stuff for people with ice cream machines, as well as a bunch of options for those who don't. Ice cream actually has a lot of relatives that are always made by hand, so those should be pretty cool, too.
Dear everyone,
And in case you, like yesterday's version of me, have no idea what malai kulfi is, I'm donating a couple links to you

Howdy! I live in Brooklyn and make all sorts of things. I've built web sites to help you get around NYC on the subway, made maps of where single people live, and figured out just how many people in Japan are baking cookies on Saturdays at 4:30 PM. Right now I'm working hard on Brooklyn Brainery, a Brooklyn-based organization that offers super cheap collaborative classes on really neat topics.
