His father had a Dairy Technology degree from Ohio State University, so does Warren and also his brother, Vincent Taylor, who is currently the President of Daisy Brand Sour Cream. Warren has designed Dairy Plants for some of the largest dairy producers in the world before deciding to build a small local plant here in Appalachia on the farm of his good friends, Bill Dix and Stacy Hall.

Please try again! I will support you again. I bet a lot of us will...
If this project doesn't reach it's 100% funding goal, perhaps another route could be to find 100 people willing to invest $500...in return, each year (for say 3 years) they get 12 coupons for a free 1/2 gallon of milk , redeemable at their local grocery store ($3.50 retail per half gallon x 12 = $42 value...translates to a 8.4% return for the investor). Investors get the milk they enjoy (and are rewarded for their investment) and the creamery gets capital..(where there "interest charge" is whatever their margin is on 500 * 12, 1/2 gallons of milk; likely far below whatever interest would be paid via a traditional bank). At the end of 5 years, each of the 100 "investors" gets their $500 back and Snowville is able to expand into yogurt..which by then is ideally a sustainable venture.
