Dearest Backers-
We're incredibly thankful for your support and it's certainly exciting to be sitting at over 75% funded after just five days! If the donations keep rolling in and we're able to offset an even bigger chunk of our PR and physical production costs than we'd originally planned, we might be able to do something fun like press a limited run of Tones on vinyl or release a 7" single later this year to keep the momentum going! And of course, you, our Kickstarter backers, will have first dibs on something like this if it ends up happening.
That said, it'd be amazing if you could send out an e-mail or two on our behalf to anyone who might be interested in donating to our project. This would be especially helpful if you have some friends who are fans of our music who haven't donated yet! It may seem silly, but having them order a CD now as opposed to later really does make a huge difference for us.
Oh, and there are new songs up at http://smallsur.bandcamp.com. One of which ("How I Love You") features Jenn Wasner and Andy Stack of Wye Oak!

I'm really happy that the support is really coming in for you guys. Your music really deserves it. If you do the vinyl release, I hope you chose colored discs and put me down for two, I'm sure they'll be real collector items some day.
