About This Fun-tastic Lovetasm Of A Project Rife With Shenanigans And Hardcore Thuggery:

Indie Rappers Do It For Gas Money is 14 tracks of the road-living, club rocking, couch hopping lifestyle of the independent hip-hop artist. Its a love letter and hate mail to the occupation. Its goal accomplished and shouldn't haves. I've attempted to make the road record that I have never heard for MCs. 

This is the first project where I let the majority of the production be taken over by others; calling in Defnyshn (Rising Sun Quest, Expertiz), Willie Green (PremRock, Super Chron Flight Bros), Dirt E. Dutch (of Troublemakers, Indiefeed Hip-Hop) and Tru Scribe. I also had the opportunity to bring in some of the freshest MCs from all over the country (MEGABUSIVE, Brzowski, Rising Sun Quest, Teddy Faley, Aeon Grey, Big Jess of Unknown Prophets, JK1 The Supernova, Teddy Faley, PremRock, Expertiz, Roc Doogie, Rabbi Darkside and more) to take larger and smaller roles in helping me paint the picture of this lifestyle.

What is needed of you fine folks:

Being the broke bastard that I am, I have to raise the money required to formulate the tangible product and get it into your hands, so I am looking to launch the project with a $1000 from you fine folks. In return for this generosity, I have offered up a slew of rewards and exclusives for each amount pledged. If for some reason we get above $1,000, the following funds will go toward producing videos to accompany the project.
