Hello, all! Well, we've managed to cross the $5,000 as of about now, and we couldn't be happier! But you know what's even cooler than the number five? Six. It's one whole more! And I think we can get this thing up to $6K by this time tomorrow. So that's why I'm announcing another donation drive!
If we can get the Yarnvalanche Kickstarter up to $6,000 by 12:00 PM (noon) Central time tomorrow, EVERY backer will receive an exclusive Worsted For Wear-themed sock pattern!
That's a unique pattern that won't be available anywhere else except for this Kickstarter, and you can get it even if you've only donated $1! We'll have knitting AND crochet patterns, so no matter what your crafting proclivity, you can still enjoy this offer.

Do you have a yarn store? Do you have customers who would enjoy Worsted for Wear? Do you want to advertise your store to the thousands of Worsted for Wear readers? Then we think our new Worsted for Wear On Tour! reward tier might be right up your alley!
All that a store has to do is to donate $800 to our Kickstarter project, and they'll get the following bonus rewards:
- A custom strip in which the characters from Worsted for Wear visit your store. This strip will be displayed on our site, with a link to your store's webpage.
- Said strip in print form, for display purposes.
- Up to 10 copies of "Yarnvalanche: Worsted for Wear Volume 1" for sale in your store.

Who We Are?
Hi! We're Rachael and Josh Anderson, and we're the creators of a little webcomic called Worsted for Wear. It's a daily strip that tells the story of a bunch of knitters, crocheters, and other fiber craftspeople, and, along the way, we see their adventures in life, love, and, most importantly, lots and lots of yarn. We've been going for a little over a year now, and along the way we've accumulated the most radical (yes, we're taking that word back) fans in the world.
We're looking to make a book, collecting the first year's worth of strips as well as some cool extras! We've got everything ready to go, and we just need to send it off to the printers. Unfortunately, people who print books often say all sorts of crazy things like "We can't print your book for free" and "No, we need real money, we can't trade books for socks." They're weird like that. So that's why we need your help! We'll be running this campaign for the next thirty days, and, if you pledge, you'll not only be getting the book, but a chance at a lot of super awesome extras as well! Just take a look to your right for the skinny on those bad-boys.
