About this project
Hi, my name is Siraj Nuri and I’m a singer-songwriter based in Brooklyn, NY. The story of music and I is one of love because through it I’ve not only found a connection like no other on earth, but I’ve found my voice and a platform for true self expression. I’ve been in music professionally for 4 years and its’ been a wonderful experience. As an independent artist, myself and my business partner/manager, Kuson Parson, fund the entirety of the Siraj Nuri brand, which is a great thing but it is strenuous nonetheless. Funding a variety of endeavors, from live shows to graphic design and everything involving putting out noteworthy material, is a huge task. So, Kuson and I came up w/ the idea of connecting with the people who matter most in this musical pursuit... YOU: The listener and believer. Extended to you is the opportunity to contribute directly to the making of my very 1st full length album by donating to the cause. All supporters will get to see 1st hand where and how their donations and efforts will be used to assist in the recording and promotion of my upcoming album slated for release in spring of 2012.
