Hello everyone,
So far, so good, we are moving along steadily. I want to answer a few questions we have been receiving:
• The book will be going to press right after the deadline for fundraising on November 5th with hopes of having the production completed and shipped around the New Year.
• For bookstores and publishers, wholesale orders are not being accepted until the minimum amount of $65,000 is reached on Kickstarter. Once the goal is reached we plan on launching a wholesale site for orders of 10 books or more. That information will be made available upon launch. Follow us on twitter for more details. • Domestic Shipping: We are including ground shipping costs for domestic orders.
• International Shipping: Is not included in the the preorder price, sorry. Kickstarter currently doesn't have a method for determining shipping costs for the book. We will be contacting people individually with the price for shipping to your country.

Chris Hockley says: I just confirmed my domestic pre-order and I do not think I was charged for shipping. The site says it's $12, but the drop down for my shipping option has $0.00 for domestic orders.
It's a little confusing, but from what I can tell, the $12 fee is credited to domestic backers who pledged under the deadline.
