Hello my fine feathered friends! Another video update for your eyes and ears and maybe mouth if you have a weird synesthesia. I'm currently in Tel Aviv, Israel for the International Student Film Festival.

This video update comes mostly from Giverny in northern France and a little from Paris. It's a little less informative and more personal perhaps? I basically walked up a mountain in the heat and sat in the woods and rambled for a few minutes. I also edited this video together at the Paris airport on my iPad:

IN OTHER EXCITING NEWS

This American Life just tweeted my project and mentioned it on their facebook page. So I want to dedicate this update to them, their podcast really does mean a great deal to me. I discovered their show in my first year of uni and have since listened to every episode mostly while animating during the more tedious moments.

I've also been a little nervous I wouldn't make my funding goal so their support has really put some wind in my sails. So please go enjoy their shows!

My next update will be from Israel, I'll have to find the time somewhere, as my festival schedule is pretty dense. John Avildsen is going to be giving a masterclass, he directed Rocky and most importantly THE (original) KARATE KID.
