Sam Loves Amanda, Amanda Loves Sam...but Sam doesn't know that Amanda is a man.
SUMMARY
"She's Amanda" is one of 3 new short films by 18% Productions. Inspired by Polsh folklore and American films like "Punch Drunk Love", "The Big Lebowski", and "There's Something about Mary", it's the classic story of prioritizing between your friends and your girlfriend.
WHERE WE'RE AT
Right now we're buried in pre-production and trying to finalize our location release forms and casting. Our soundtrack supervisor is finding local New England bands to score the film, and we're trying to secure the Narragansett Brewery as a corporate sponsor. Production is scheduled to begin on April 11th.
WHERE WILL MY MONEY GO?
All funds raised on Kickstarter will go towards buying and developing our film, feeding the cast and crew, printing promotional materials, burning a professional DVD of the final movie, and paying for festival entry fees.
IS MY PLEDGE AMOUNT PRIVATE?
Yes. Only you and 18% Productions will be able to see your pledge amount.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PLEDGE INCENTIVE?
If our goal is met, you will receive your incentive once the film is completed.
