Heading off to bed - 10 hours to go before we're on set shooting my short movie!
This really is a dream come true for me and I truly madly deeply thank you all for your support in making this dream a reality.
I have been living with story for years and so excited to have it all come to fruition! The feature version of this short is hovering in the very near future - so it's all really beyond my wildest dreams!
I have so much faith in the actors and this amazing crew we've been able to pull together so I know that we'll be able to pull it off but I just wanted to send you a note and let you know I really couldn't do it without each and every one of you and I so appreciate your donation to my dream!

Spent the weekend in an amazing workshop with Joan Scheckel who really helped me crystalize all of what I learned in the three week AFI Directing Workshop for Women - really looking forward to diving into pre-production!
There are some ambitious elements in my short including a dream sequence in a working fish cannery - we found our cannery - yay! But, we might need to rent some honey wagons and porto potties for our cast and crew - help us get some porto potties today. Every dollar will go straight into the short.
