About this project
Our aim here is to fund my most recent recording project called 'Western Ballad'. My dear friend Mark Bingham and I wrote all of the songs with exception of a traditional hobo song called 'Little Stream of Whiskey' and the title track 'Western Ballad' penned by Allen Ginsberg.
All of the money raised here will allow us to create a beautiful package by working with independent graphic artists and pressing services. I am a completely self funded artist. I do not have a record label. With your help I'll bring this music to as many people as possible.

For a pledge of $10K - We will fly you to New Orleans, Mark Bingham will produce a track for you at the world class Piety Studios where we recorded 'Western Ballad', as well as cook you yummy food and I will sing harmonies with you. Includes one US domestic flight to New Orleans, two or three nights (depending on travel schedule) at the Piety Street Guest House (five minutes from the French Quarter), one full studio day, five piece New Orleans band and meals. You'll leave with a fully arranged recording that is also mixed and mastered. Does not include travel to the US or official travel documents for international folks. Having been recently been nominated for Off Beat Magazine's 'Best Roots Rock Artist' and 'Best Roots Rock Album' awards, for her last full length cd 'Western Ballad', McNally seems to have turned a corner. She possesses an immediately identifiable voice that is known to send shivers down the spines of the even the most jaded music junkies. She has centered herself in the deep waters of the American songwriter tradition without becoming predictable or boring. She has done this by aligning with rock and roll dignitary producers such as Jim Dickinson, Charlie Sexton, Mac Rebennack and Mark Bingham. She was nominated in 2011 for the Best Traditional Folk Grammy for her contribution to Luther Dickinson and the Sons Of Mudboy album 'Onward and Westward'. She is a fully independent and self funded artist with a strong penchant for the road.
