Website update

In preparation for game distribution and account management I have overhauled the http://badlandstudio.com website. If everyone could please register there with the email that they used on Kickstarter, it would be greatly appreciated! It is my intention to phase out the kineticvoid.com website and redirect its url to the studio site which will house all of our game information.

The new site is not 100% yet but it is functional and ready to be used.

Distribution confusion

Hey everyone. 

A little while ago I posted about getting on Steam and how I would like that and expressed a few things that let to confusion.

My initial concern is that it is problematic to have multiple platforms that patches need to be distributed to, then have multiple places that we need to monitor for tech support. Multiple business agreements for each platform, and multiple sources of payment.

The Badland Studio team only has 4 people in it, myself included, with every interaction in one place, another either gets less attention, or is neglected all together.

This whole thing started because I expressed my concern and said what I "would want". 
This was not intended to be an announcement saying that KV would only be on Steam, and some of you, understandably took it that way. 

As is pretty apparent we run things casually and are open with the community, this means that not everything we say will be an announcement or a guarantee. We could monitor ourselves and be very controlled as to what we say like most studios do but that means that our interactions would be fewer and less involved. 

Now here is an official statement on the matter:

Distribution has not been finalized we have not started any contracts or agreements with anyone yet. Right now we are focusing on getting our Alpha build ready and you can see a progress report on that here
